SALES REPRESENTATIVE
STR Automotive S.P.A., a company specialized for over 25 years in the production of bumpers, interior components, and exterior finishes for the automotive industry, with a distinctive focus on the luxury and supercar market, is expanding its team and looking for a:
SALES REPRESENTATIVE
We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
- Education: Degree in a technical or economic-commercial field;
- IT skills: Proficiency in main IT tools, particularly MS Office;
- Technical-commercial skills: Ability to interpret 3D data and bills of materials, prepare detailed quotations, and manage RFQs, modifications, and contracts, while coordinating with various company departments;
- Margin analysis and strategic pricing: Experience in cost-sales analysis, defining pricing strategies, monitoring project/product profitability, and proposing corrective actions to optimize margins;
- Communication and interpersonal skills: Strong negotiation and communication abilities, with openness to overcoming cultural and linguistic barriers;
- Organizational skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage day-to-day challenges to successfully close deals;
- Initiative: Essential for identifying and acquiring new clients while maintaining relationships with existing ones;
- Languages: Fluent English is required. Knowledge of additional foreign languages is a plus.
Workplace: Pesaro (PU), on-site, with availability for short business trips abroad.
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Contract: CCNL Gomma Plastica Industria.
Salary and level will be determined based on the selected candidate’s experience.
